About iBuild
A decade on the best job sites in New England.
iBuild was founded by Thiago Candido, a builder who has been working on luxury residences since 2014 — first in Brazil, then in the United States from 2019 onward. Over the past decade, Thiago and his crew have executed work on more than one hundred high-end New England homes, on properties valued up to eighty million dollars.
In 2025 we completed our first project as builder of record: a six-million- dollar custom residence in Bedford, New Hampshire. It was the natural next step — the same team, the same standard, now under our own name.
Today we operate from a dedicated shop in Seabrook, NH, with a thirty- person in-house carpentry team serving clients across New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine.
