About iBuild
A decade on the best job sites in New England.
iBuild was founded by Thiago Candido, whose career in residential construction began in Brazil in 2014 and continued in the United States from 2019 onward.
Since then, Thiago and the iBuild team have developed their expertise across more than one hundred high-end residential projects in New England, working alongside established general contractors, architects and designers on homes ranging from highly detailed renovations to large-scale residential construction programs exceeding $80 million.
That experience ultimately led the company to assume full builder-of-record responsibility. Our first completed residence in that role is a custom home in Bedford, New Hampshire, with interior design by 2P Designers / Paola — bringing the field experience, craftsmanship and attention to detail developed over years of high-end construction under the iBuild name.
Today, iBuild operates with an in-house carpentry team of approximately thirty professionals and its own millwork shop, serving clients throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine.
