Custom Homes
Luxury custom home building in New England.
Our team delivers high-end residences in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine with thirty in-house carpenters and a dedicated millwork shop. Delivery is owner-led from the first site walk through closeout.
Start a conversation →What We Carry In-House
Scope we control ourselves, not scope we pass along.
Owner-led delivery
One principal carries the project from first walk to closeout. Decisions are not handed down a chain of managers.
Thirty-person in-house crew
A full-time carpentry team under our own name — the same hands on framing, exterior work and finish carpentry.
Our own millwork shop
Shop-supported architectural millwork, paneling, stair and trim details, so drawings and site conditions stay aligned.
Preconstruction coordination
Constructability review, sequencing logic and procurement planning before the site is disturbed.
Field execution
Direct supervision on site, a reporting rhythm the owner can follow, and accountability for finish quality.
Envelope and exterior
Framing, sheathing, siding and exterior trim executed by the same crew that frames the house.
Interior finish and millwork
Trim, paneling and casework installed by the carpenters who understand how the shop drawings were made.
Closeout and Stewardship
Punch, systems review, handover documentation, then annual review through iBuild Stewardship.
Working With Design Teams
We read the set before we price the work.
iBuild collaborates with owners, architects and interior designers. Existing architectural drawings, surveys and finish schedules can be reviewed for constructability, sequencing and long-lead procurement before the schedule is committed.
The result is a build where the shop, the field crew and the design team are reading the same information — which is why the millwork fits the openings that were framed for it.

Common questions before a build begins.
- Where does iBuild take on custom home projects?
- iBuild works from its commercial location at 41 Washington St, Seabrook, NH 03874 and takes selected custom home projects in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine.
- Does iBuild use its own carpenters?
- Yes. Framing, siding, exterior and interior trim and shop-supported architectural millwork are carried out by a thirty-person in-house carpentry team.
- Can iBuild work from drawings we already have?
- Yes. Owner-supplied architectural drawings, surveys and finish schedules can be reviewed for constructability, sequencing and procurement before construction begins.
- Who leads the project day to day?
- Delivery is owner-led: the principal who reviews the scope stays involved through preconstruction, field execution, finish work and closeout.
- What happens after the home is finished?
- Closeout includes punch, systems review and handover documentation, followed by iBuild Stewardship — annual review and continued access to the same team.
- Does iBuild collaborate with architects and designers?
- Yes. iBuild routinely works alongside owners, architects and interior designers, coordinating drawings, finish selections and site sequencing with the design team.
